MEET OUR FOUNDER
Our founder Alex Ortiz is a professional engineer licensed in NY and NJ, known for being honest, upfront, and diligent. Our designs provide the most effective, efficient, and viable engineering solution to any new or renovation construction project.
Alex has been in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting/construction industry since 2004. His experience extents from his direct involvement in numerous projects of different types and capacities, including educational facilities, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, residential structures, warehouses, theaters, and retail.
Alex is known to implement the highest integrity to the profession, be an excellent listener, and focus on the task at hand to get things done. He enjoys constant learning, reading about new technological innovations, and looking on how to simplify these different technologies so that they can be designed and installed to be used for its intended advantage. To him, this is beauty, this is art.
